Today hasn't been the best Monday I've had. Starting with being up all night long with my sick little girl. I was up with her til 5:45 this morning so when my alarm went off at 7am all I wanted to do was cry. My 10 minute snooze turned into almost an hour so atleast I made some of my sleep up. Work was extremely busy today but I managed to get most of my tasks done. I was even able to squeeze in a doctor's appt for Makenna. The doctor's still do no know what is wrong with her. This was our 3rd visit in less than a week. She now has a rash so we asked if it could possibly be Roseola. I would have never even considered this had it not been for a friend on FB letting me know her son had the same symptoms as Makenna. The doctor looked surprised when we brought it up and said, "Hmm...I never thought of that but I guess its a possibility." Really? Sometimes I wonder if they know anything at all. They sent us home again to wait and see if her symptoms go away. Ugh! I'm really hoping my baby girl gets better soon.
I planned on taking my before pics and starting my diet today until I logged in and realized that I don't start my BLC til Wednesday. This isn't an excuse to eat poorly today but I want to start following my diet on Wednesday with everyone else to make it as fair as possible. So...I think that will be the day I post my before picture as well. I'm really not looking forward to taking a before picture. Yuck!
Oh well...I'm sure I'll love the picture so much more once I hit my goal weight and can look back to see how far I've come.
The plus side for today was that I stayed on task, got most of the things I needed to get done accomplished and I created my motivational collage like I'd planned. See above. =)
